Custom Dividing Screen for a Residence This screen was designed and built by Jennifer Weddermann for a condominium unit in an old warehouse building in Capitol Hill in Seattle. The owner wanted a physical and visual divider between the living and kitchen areas. The screen is five feet tall with a ladder on one end to access the loft above. The frame is painted steel and the panels are sanded plexiglass."
