Chelsea Heights

Jennifer acted as Project Architect and Project Manager of this project while at BCRA, for Prium Construction. She brought the project from initial conception to final completion. The building’s mass is broken down by alternating fins that support and define individual units’ deck spaces. L-shaped units allow for a variety of plan configurations for this 78 unit condominium building. A central atrium acts as circulation space, and gives the units a distinct character from other available properties in the area.
