Holman Building

BCRA was hired by the Holmans to complete their commercial building project, to see it through construction documents and final completion of construction. Jennifer acted as Project Architect for the entire project, and after leaving BCRA, Jennifer continued to serve the Holmans in their tenant improvement projects. The challenges for this project included working with the migration patterns of fish in the water below, which limited construction to a specific “fish window”. One of the features of the building is an atrium space, which is open for all tenants and has a glass floor for enjoying the water life below.
