Bay Street Apartments

Recently completed, this 39-unit waterfront apartment community was designed by Weddermann Architecture to enhance both the resident and public experience. A publicly accessible waterfront promenade wraps around the building, strengthening pedestrian connections and activating the shoreline. At street level, a waterfront café with outdoor seating creates an inviting gathering space, while residents enjoy a rooftop lounge with a covered outdoor terrace overlooking the water. Thoughtful planning maximizes the site's unique waterfront setting, creating a vibrant mixed-use development that contributes to the continued revitalization of downtown Port Orchard.
