Tacoma Link Light Rail Union Station

While at Miller Hull, Jennifer served as Project Architect for the design and construction documents for this station along Tacoma’s light rail line. The design takes its overall shape as a boat-like form from the nearby maritime influence and unites this with the industrial quality of the metalwork across the street at the historic Union Station building. Jennifer worked closely with David Miller, Otak, Sound Transit, and selected public artists to define this structure as a functional and beautiful place to wait for a train.
