Weddermann Office Building Remodel

In July of 2022, Weddermann Architecture renovated what used to be the 48th Street Pub into our current office building.

While the building no longer resembles what was once called a “5-Star Dive Bar” by King5, the original sticker-covered columns are still intact in our entryway. Past visitors may also remember the location of the Pub’s walk-in freezer which is now our conference room.
